I have enjoyed all of the Trek Universe with the exception of movie number 5.
The original crew are my favorite. From the Star Trek Experience I have a photo of myself on the transporter deck with McCoy on one side, Uhura on the other and me in the middle with a phaser pistol.

I have seen the movie but not the sequel Trekkies II. A good theatrical movie about us nerds is 'Free Enterprise" That is a Trek Fan's movie.
